Buying tickets by telephone

Book tickets directly through the box office. Simply call 20 3925 2998 to speak to a friendly, helpful staff member

You can buy pre-bought at the box office any time on the day of the performance, ideally at least an hour before the start of the show. Take some form of identification with you plus the credit or debit card you used to book and your booking reference number – they all act as proof of purchase.

Buying tickets in person

Too book theatre tickets in person, simply locate the box office inside the theatre building. It's open:

  • Monday to Saturday 9.30am − 8pm (times vary on Bank Holidays)
  • Sunday (on performance days), midday to 6pm

Buying tickets online

You want a safe, convenient buying process, where you pay a fair price and are told about any view restrictions before you pay for your seats. Find an online retailer with STAR accreditation, which means they abide by Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers rules and regulations. Just look for the official logo on-site.

Many internet ticket sellers let you print your tickets at home. It's convenient, costs less than collecting them from the box office or having them sent in the post, and it's environmentally friendly. Just don't forget to print an individual ticket for every person in your party.

Buying group tickets

You can get cut price seats if there are 8 or more people in your group. Discount group tickets are perfect for work, school, college and family outings, a great way to save money. The group box office number is 0203 925 2996

Buying access tickets

If you are disabled, yourself and a carer can get discounted tickets. The Access line is 0203 925 2998.
